One of my favorite kitchen appliance is the crock pot. There is nothing more than a day to spend, slow cooking and lounging around the house. My slow cooker is one of them is an ugly orange, with a budget in 1960 floral pattern on the board, and stains from who knows where (my kids always seemed suspicious). Lately, I have to experiment with new recipes that are much healthier than I usually do.
