Easy Crock - Pot Recipes for St. Patrick's Day dinner

Am not Irish, but I know you will enjoy a delicious dinner on St. Patrick's Day in Ireland. Grown in the Midwest, I'm used to eating hot meals of meat, potatoes and vegetables. My character is a test of my love of this type of diet. made corned beef with cabbage, potatoes and vegetables, and braised lamb or beef, two of my favorite dishes warm belly love St. Patrick's Day (or any day for that matter) are. Enter these three simple recipes, crock pottry, with rye bread and a pint of Irish beer next St. Patrick's Day.

Corned Beef Dinner

What you need:

• 3-4 pounds of corned beef ribs with Spice Pack
• 8 carrots, peeled and cut into pieces of 1-2 cm
• 6 medium potatoes cut into pieces
• 1 large onion, sliced
• 5 cups water

What you can do:

Mix the potatoes, carrots and onions in 4-6 liter Crock-pot, mix well. Add in the upper chest in the pot of vegetables. Add water and seasonPack Bake, covered, over low heat for 8-10 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender.

Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage

What you need:

• 3-4 pounds of corned beef ribs (with spices Pack)
• 4 large carrots, cut into 2-inch
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 ribs celery, sliced
• 1 small head cabbage, cut into wedges
• 3 T cider vinegar
• 2 T brown sugar
• 02:11 c water

What you can do:

Add carrots, celery, onions and waterone liter crock-6. Place breasts over the vegetables. In a bowl, mix the package spices, brown sugar and cider vinegar. Pour the mixture over the corned beef. Place cabbage on canned meat. Bake, covered, for 8 hours at a slow fire. Serve with bread and butter.

Irish Stew Crock Pot

What you need:

• 1 pound lamb stew meat or beef cut into small pieces
• 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into eighths
• 1 medium turnip, diced
• 3 carrots, cut into 1 centimeterPiece
• 3 ribs celery, sliced
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 / 4 C flour
• beef bouillon granules 2 t
• 3c water
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 / 2 c. teaspoon dried basil
• 1 / 4 c. teaspoon dried oregano
• 8.1 T black pepper

What you can do:

Place potatoes, onion, celery, carrots, turnips, bay leaves, water and soil in broth Crock-Pot and mix.
Put the flour in a shallow dish. In lamb or beef dredge in flour to coat. Place beef on vegetablesCrock-Pot. Pour the remaining flour over the meat. Add oregano, basil and black pepper. Bake, covered, for 8 hours at a slow fire. Serve with warm bread and butter of choice.
