How To Make It:

Melt the butter in a skillet, and then saute the mushrooms, celery, onions, and parsley. Put the bread cubes in a big bowl and spoon the sauteed vegetables over the top. Add the seasonings and toss the blend well.

Pour in sufficient of the broth to make the blend moist. You might have some left over. Add the eggs and mix again. Pack the blend into the crockpot and cover it. Cook on high for forty five minutes, and then low for about six hours. This method makes sufficient to serve eight people.
